Constance was a registered nurse and held a Master’s in Education from Temple University and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Lebanon Valley College. She graduated from the Harrisburg Polyclinic Hospital School of Nursing. Her career began in Pennsylvania and took her to New Mexico, Germany, and Ohio before her retirement from the Veterans Administration where she served as a Community Health Nurse.
